I photograph medical and dental practices at their offices across Bergen County and the New York metro, so providers at every location share the same current look.

Medical groups add providers, open locations, and absorb practices, and the providers page collects a different photo style with every wave.
I bring the same portable studio to each office and plan the setup so providers photographed at different locations look consistent. I schedule sessions around your clinic flow, in a spare exam room or conference room, white coat or business attire per your practice’s style.
Retouching stays natural. Providers should look like themselves on a good day, because patients will meet them in person.
A half day starts at $3,900 for up to 20 people, and a full day at $7,000 for up to 40, with 1 retouched image per person. For more than 40 people or several locations, I’ll plan a custom or multi-day schedule. If you recruit through the year, annual team photography starts at $6,500, set up in a written proposal.

- Yes. The studio setup travels, and I plan it so providers photographed at different locations look consistent. For several offices, we’ll plan a custom or multi-day schedule together.
- How do you schedule around patients?
- I build the schedule around your clinic flow with your office manager, and each provider approves their frame on the spot. The timing depends on your headcount, backgrounds, group photos and access to the space.
- White coat or regular clothing?
- Your call, and it can vary by department as long as it is consistent within each group. I send a short what-to-wear note your office manager can forward.
- What does a headshot day cost?
- A half day starts at $3,900 for up to 20 people, and a full day starts at $7,000 for up to 40, one retouched image each. Additional images are $95, and hair and makeup can be added at $150 per person.
