Planned around your office and your bios page
Scheduling around the office
I’ll build a schedule with your office contact before the session. The timing depends on the number of people, the photographs you need and access to the space.
Tell me about partner schedules, people who need particular times and the room we can use. I set up in a conference room or another quiet space and bring the lighting, backdrop and review screen.
Bios, backgrounds and crops
Jackets, backgrounds and formality follow your firm’s style. I keep the light and framing consistent, so new photographs sit comfortably beside each other on your bios page.
If your website uses a particular crop or background, send me an example and I’ll plan the setup around it. Images appear on screen during the session, and each person chooses their photograph with me.
Formats and pricing
A half day starts at $3,900 for up to 20 people, and a full day starts at $7,000 for up to 40, each with 1 fully retouched image per person and a group photo. For more than 40 people, I’ll plan a custom or multi-day assignment. I can plan follow-up sessions for new partners and associates, and firms that hire steadily can choose annual team photography from $6,500.

Questions law firms ask
- How do you schedule around attorneys’ calendars?
- We’ll agree on a roster and schedule before the day. Tell me about meetings, people who need particular times and any access restrictions so I can plan the session with you.
- How many attorneys can a headshot day include?
- A half day starts at $3,900 for up to 20 people, and a full day starts at $7,000 for up to 40. For larger firms, I’ll plan a custom or multi-day assignment.
- What about partners who are out that day?
- I can plan a follow-up session for them and set it up to fit your existing photographs as closely as the space allows. Firms that hire regularly can set out follow-up coverage in an annual proposal.
- Are you insured?
- Yes. I carry commercial general liability coverage, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Send me your building’s requirements so I can check them before the session.
- What uses are included?
- Standard business use includes your website, LinkedIn, company directory, press materials and recruiting. Paid advertising, endorsement campaigns and broader commercial use are quoted separately.
