Both include individual headshots and a group photograph. Each person gets 1 fully retouched image, and we choose it together on screen during the session.

Larger teams: for more than 40 people, I’ll plan a custom or multi-day schedule. If you’re close to a package limit, send me a rough headcount and I’ll tell you which one fits.

Optional extras:

  • Additional retouched image, $95
  • Hair and makeup, $150 per person or $650 for the day, subject to availability and the coverage we agree on
  • Guaranteed 48-hour rush, $300, when I can confirm availability

How the day works

I set up in a conference room or another quiet space before the first person arrives. Your team comes through on a schedule I build with your office manager.

I guide every session, from posture and expression to straightening a jacket, so nobody has to know what to do in front of a camera. Photos come up on screen as we go, and each person picks a favorite before they leave the room.

Proofs arrive within 3 business days and the final retouched gallery within 10.

Travel, usage and booking

Travel
Included within 30 minutes of Cresskill. Beyond that, it’s $175 plus tolls. Trips over 90 minutes, overnight work or unusual access are quoted before you book.
Usage
Your website, LinkedIn, company directory, press, recruiting and internal use are all included. Paid advertising and endorsement campaigns are quoted separately.
Booking
Once we’ve agreed on the scope and a date, a 25% retainer holds it. The balance is due on delivery, net 15.

Questions about headshot days

How many people can each format include?
A half day starts at $3,900 for up to 20 people, and a full day starts at $7,000 for up to 40. For more than 40 people, I’ll plan a custom or multi-day assignment. The schedule depends on your headcount, setup and backgrounds, any group photos and access to the space.
What is the turnaround?
Proofs and selections within 3 business days, and the final retouched gallery within 10 business days. Work may arrive sooner, and a guaranteed 48-hour rush is $300 when I can confirm availability.
What should our team wear?
Solid colors photograph best, and fine stripes or busy patterns are worth avoiding. Jackets are optional depending on your firm culture. I send a short what-to-wear note to your team before the day.
What do you need from our office?
A conference room or another quiet space, a power outlet, and a point of contact for the day. We’ll confirm the room before the session. I bring everything else, including the backdrop, lighting, and the review screen.
Can new hires be added later?
Yes. I can plan follow-up sessions for people who join later. Firms that hire through the year can also choose annual team photography from $6,500, with the schedule, coverage and terms set in a written proposal.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry commercial general liability coverage, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Send me your building’s requirements so I can check them before the session.
